No less than the Justice Secretary Leila de Lima presented by Luy as the first witness in the ongoing investigation by the blue ribbon in the committee. On her opening statement Leila de Lima requested to give her a five to ten minutes to suspension to call her witness and she said, "Kung pwede lang po wala muna po tayong magbigay ng mga pangalan.. I think the committee will understand this."
